We bid farewell to James Leon Bray of Valrico, Florida, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 24, 2025 at the age of 85. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Bray and Flossie Bray; his significant other Karen Bray (Chris); and his siblings, Bob Bray and Beverly Sanders.
He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Fox (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Alex and Amber Fox.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home (3227 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
