He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Adam Chapman, Perry Chapman (Taylor) and Megan Chapman; his grandchild Adalynn; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Morgan (Curt) and Diane Huson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
