She was predeceased by: her brother Milford of Ackworth, IA. She is survived by: her children, Mike Wade of Theresa, Bill Wade (Patty) of Valrico, FL, Chuck Wade (Sharon) of Tuscaloosa and Judy Wade of Valrico, FL; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Peter, Ryan, Ben, Bridgette, Eric, Gabrielle, Matthew, Brandon and Naomi; and her brothers, Joe (Zatha) of Indianola, IA, Chuck of Polk City, IA and Marion (Velma) of St. Charles, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
