He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen and Linda Willoughby Allen; and his brother Larry Allen. He is survived by: his children, Heather Girard and Lauren Allen; his siblings, John Allen, Lynn Hayes, Carmen Muri, Tara Mallaley, Jennifer Day, Gabe Morey, Debra Seip (Tim), Danny Martin Sr. (Tanya), Linda Schaffeld (Dale), Janice, Steve Stair, Cindy and Mike Tankersley; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Pierani, John Allen, Nova Davis and Phoenix Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
