She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Gilreath Baltimore and Lonnie Baltimore of Pine Knot, KY; her son Jody Swain; and her siblings, Norma, Patsy, Maybeline, Bob and Rodney.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wingo of Valrico, FL; her daughters, Jeanna Swain of Riverview, FL, Tammy Hight (Robert) of Lithia, FL and Danielle Elizabeth Wingo Skiver of Riverview, FL; her sisters, Anna Kidd of Pine Knot, KY and Judy Clark of Temperance, MI.; her grandchildren, Robert, Shannon, Ashley, Ryan, Joshua, Jaiden, Caden, Hunter, Haleigh Hight, Timothy, Greg, Kelly, Zachary Swain, Michael, William, Bella, Samantha, Aidan, Julian and Riley Skiver; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Alijah, Adriona, Ellie, Emily and Olivia.
She died peacefully at Melech Hospice House in Tampa FL after a long battle with Dementia and Parkinson's disease.
