It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francisco Ruiz of Valrico, Florida, who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrosio Ruiz and Nicolasa Rivera; and his wife Faustina. He is survived by: his stepchildren, William Carrasquillo and Maria Carrasquillo. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
