She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Waldron and Eliza Waldron; and her son Gregory Whitener. She is survived by: her husband Ed Whitener of Valrico, FL; her children, Mia Dorton of Valrico, FL and Todd Whitener of Tampa, FL; her sisters, Wilma Coulter of Fort Meade, FL and Patricia Cooper (Buddy) of Fort Meade, FL; her grandchildren, Zach Dorton (Chi), Hope Dorton and Eliza Dorton; and her great grandchild Elizabeth Dorton.
