He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Pitts; and his grandchildren, Jason Todd Riley and Tiffany Faith Pitts. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Susan), Matthew Pitts (Cynthia), Catherine Pitts, Amy McMahon (Aaron) and Kimberly Newell (Derick); and his sister Juanita Jones (Virgil). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
