He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Morris; his children, Austin Nathaniel Lewis, Taylor Wynn Flack and Alexis Reese Hope Lewis; and his brothers, Thomas Lewis Jr., Richard Bryan Morris and Sean Michael Morris. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
