He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan I. Leon Rich of Valrico, FL; his children, Daniel Rich and Linda Rock (Michael); his grandson Major Robert Consiglio; his great grandchild Natalie Consiglio; his grandchildren, Allison Consiglio McCrory (Ryan) of Riverview Florida and Vincent Consiglio of Seffner Florida; his sister Adrienne Rich; and his parents, Herbert Rich and Charlotte Rich.
