With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn M. Mullins of Valparaiso, Florida, who passed away on July 2, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nathaniel "Moon" Mullins; and her son-in-law Wesley Stumbaugh. She is survived by: her children, Louie Mullins (Mary) of Niceville, FL and Connie Stumbaugh; her grandchildren, Amber Carter (Micheal) and Zachary Mullins (Breanna); her great grandchild Whitlee Mullins; her nephew Donald Mullins; her siblings-in-law, Rosemary Stowers and Jerry Mullins of West Virginia; her close friend Susan Cox of Niceville; and her caregivers, Katie Vandermarkt, Eratina Opel, Mikayla Miller and Lacey Goulete. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
