He is survived by: his wife Gail Winters; his children, Misi Isbill (Charles), Angie Cook (Chris) and Todd Winters (Kelly); his grandchildren, Abi Isbill, Cameron Isbill, Ross Cook, Riley Winters, Ty Winters and Nyla Winters; and his great grandchild Riley Jean. He is also survived by one sister and five brothers who gifted him with many nieces and nephews.
