He is survived by: his wife Pamela Allen; his children, William Allen, Richie Allen (Amanda), James Allen and Melissa Allen-Price; and his siblings, Kathi Dobbs (Gordon), Debbie Allen, Sandi Creech (Daniel), Robert (Mary) and William Brocious (Natalie). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
