Mikell; his parents-in-law, Gloria Faul and Wane Faul; his sisters-in-law, Melody Mikell and Debbie Faul; his nieces, Jamie Mikell and Carla Faul; his wife Cindy; his daughters, Amy (Jay) and Elaine Novak (George); his grandchildren, James, Justin and Ella Lewis; his mother Jeannie; his stepfather Terry; his brothers, Bruce Mikell (Laurie), Mason Mikell (Sharon), Eric Olson (Tammy) and Jerry Olson (Denise); and his brothers-in-law, Carl Faul and Mike Faul. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
