He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Schubel and Harry Schubel; his siblings, Arlene Volkert, Marian Dilloway and Robert Schubel; and his daughter Sheree Rexford.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Caldwell (Eric) and Loree Porter; his grandchildren, Corey Huffine (Julie), Ryan Porter, Claire Caldwell and Hailey Caldwell; and his great grandchildren, Brooks Huffine and Blakeley Huffine.
