He is survived by: his wife Karla; his children, Kyle, Joshua, Thomas, Ricky, Jessica, Kathleen and Rebecca; his grandchildren, Dakota, Joseph, Michael and Rynn; his former wives, Amy Moser and Barbara Faint; his friend Tamara Kivin; and his siblings, Bud, Andrew, Kelly and Mary. He is also survived by three grandsons.
