He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Thurston and Ginny Thurston; his significant other Debbie; and his stepmother Pat. He was also cherished by son-in-law, grandchildren.
Due to the Covid complexities of 2020, he will be cremated and there will be no public memorial or service.
