He is survived by: his wife Portia Moffett; his daughters, Cheryl Sease (Kevin), Karen Moffett and Loretta Moffett; his grandchildren, Candice Amat (Danny), Megan Vincent, Heather Jimenez (Matt), Bailey Rosenbalm and Corey Sease; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Jimenez, Palmer Jimenez, Sophia Burkett, Cameron Amat, William Amat, Park Jimenez, Anna Amat and Scarlett Burkett.
