It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Evans of Umatilla, Florida, born in Oak Hill, West Virginia, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Minden; his significant other Eloise Webster; his daughters, Jessica O'Neill (Nicki) and Christina Franco (Tina); and his siblings, Judy Tracy and Jeffrey Evans. He was also cherished by grandchildren.
