He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Quincey Patterson and Mamie Patterson; his wife Clara Patterson; his son Michael Patterson; his granddaughter Kassidy Patterson; his children, Donna Taylor (Terry), Frank Patterson (Melissa) and Ronald Patterson (Karen); and his sisters, Alice Taylor, Mary Anne Bell and Helen Hendrix. He was also cherished by his 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
