He was predeceased by: his wife Krystal Brooks; his former wife Karen Adelma McDuffie; and his brothers, Bill, Steve, Neal and Johnny McDuffie.
He is survived by: his children, Adelma Ree McDuffie, Daniel, Thomas McDuffie and Loretta Brooks; and his brother Kevin McDuffie. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
