He is survived by: his wife Hope Dagnon Knain; his children, Angela Page, Antony Schlissio, Alyssa Knain and Adam Knain; his grandchildren, Aaron Page (Mia), Nathan Page (Nichole Lovett), Jesse Schlissio (Jessica), Megan Page (Ian Shipley), Cain Schlissio, Aiden Page and Ryan Knain; and his siblings, Larry Knain (Lynn), Steve Knain (Patti), Jeff Knain, Joel Knain (Yulia) and Sue Cox (Eddie).
