He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy; his children, Judith C. Dugan and Jason C. Moorehead; and his siblings, Andrew D. Miller (Susan) of Sims, Lewis S. Oatman (Karen) of Hope Mills, Gerard M. Campbell Jr. (Janet) of St. Johns, Florida and Margaret A. Campbell Jr. of St. Johns, Florida. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
