She is survived by: her mother Lori Perry-Chavis; her stepfather Sean Chavis; her husband Silvino Suarez; her father Timothy J. Perry; and her grandparents, Anita "Mema" Athan, Thomas "Papa" Athan, Patricia and Jack Perry. She is also survived by her family, friends.
