He is survived by: his wife Marlene Phillips (Coates) of Trenton, FL; his siblings, Estella Moore of Middleton, OH and Jim Phillips (Marge) of Dayton, OH; his sister-in-law Verb of Cincinatti, OH; and his sons, Chris Phillips (Tendle) of Hawthorne, Richard Phillips (Annmarie) of Hawthorne, Paul Phillips (Sarah) of Jacksonville, Kenneth Phillips (Suzanne) of Trenton, FL and Michael Burnett (Glinda) of Trenton. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
