He is survived by: his children, Charlene Moore (Steve) of Wellsburg, WV, Michael Koltz (Barbara) of Jacksonville, FL, James Francis Kolts, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Ronald William Koltz (Jean) of Trenton, Crystal Green of Jacksonville, FL, Madonna Homer (Steve) of St. Petersburg, FL and Jeffery Shawn Koltz (Melissa) of Tallahassee, FL; his siblings, Nametta, Rosemary, Rita and Paul; and also Terra Lord. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
