He is survived by: his wife Rebecca McKinley; his sons, Randy McKinley (Deanna), Ronny McKinley (Sheri), Rodney McKinley and Rocky McKinley (Mandi); and his sister Barbara Cochran. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
