It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary E. Rexroat of Trenton, Florida, born in Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rexroat and Unema Rexroat; and his sister Vickie Lynn Wade. He is survived by: his wife Gwenda Rexroat of Trenton, FL; his son Matthew Rexroat (Jillian) of Trenton, FL; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Jayson, Isaiah, Trey, Zachery, Emily, Matthew and Zackary; and his siblings, Alonzo Rexroat of SanDiego, CA and Marie Rexroat of Quantico, VA..

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Tri-County Haven Hospice, 311 NE 9th Street, Chiefland, FL 32626.

“I will always regret the loss of Gary, as I am positive you will. He and I were both combat Vets & often discussed the sad state of affairs our military & Nation is in today. Gary was a true American. A trustworthy person, always available to lend a hand or an ear, & for all practical purposes a skilled physician (who needed an assistant to keep up with him).
