Johnson (Doug); his children, Ryan Andrew Johnson, Rachel Leigh Johnson, Andrew Kevin Glattli (Polly), Donna Gayle Beckham (Scott) and Cody Tyler Morris; and his siblings, Margaret Wright of Trenton, Theresa Varnadore of Ocala, Gary Glattli (Deanie) and Noel Glattli (Alice) of Anthony. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
