He is survived by: his children, Jenelle Shelton of Chiefland, FL, Kathy McCain of Cedar Key, FL, Lorrie Perkins of Chiefland, FL, Donna Jones of Chiefland, FL, Cecil "Ray" Sims, Jr. of Chiefland, FL, Eldon Sims of Chiefland, FL, Leo Sims of Chiefland, FL and Mark Sims of Chiefland, FL. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
