He is survived by: his significant other Trenton Smith of St Petersburg; and his siblings, Peggy Smallen of Gallatin Tennessee, Debbie Holland (Roger) of Gallatin Tennessee, Rita Wiser (Dennis) of Gallatin Tennessee and Joseph Scruggs (Dottie) of St Augustine Florida. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, and 8 great nieces and nephews.
