He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie DaCosta and Carl DaCosta. He is survived by: his wife Loretta DaCosta; his children, JoAnn (Bill), Debbie (Jerry) and Bill (Gina); and his sisters, Dorothy Perry and Mary Rice. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and loving great-grandfather to his ten great-grandchildren.
