He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Jeanette. He is survived by: his wife Shelby; his daughter Helene (Ben); his grandchildren, Reece and Jeffrey; and his siblings, Michael (Diana) and Barbara. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
