He was predeceased by: his parents, George Richardson and Carolyn "Pat" Richardson (O'Connor). He is survived by: his spouse René Porcaro; his daughters, Julie Rubin (Philip) of Tallahassee, FL and Jill Reeves (Craig) of Hanahan, SC; and his brother Steve Richardson of Brockport, NY. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Joe's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to either the Hornell YMCA, 18 Center St., Hornell, NY 14843 or St. Ann's Academy, 41 Genesee St., Hornell, NY.
