He was predeceased by: his daughter Kristin Carole Leary. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Jean Leary (Novack), Jann Marie Leary and James Patrick Leary.

Donations in his name can be made to the Salvador Dali Museum in St Petersburg Florida.
