He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mulligan and Grace Mulligan. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carlton Mulligan of Treasure Island, Florida; his siblings, John J. Mulligan, Jr., Robert L. Mulligan, Marilyn E. Mulligan, Corinne G. Mulligan and Janet M. Kinch (Francis X. Kinch); and his goddaughter Caitlyn Grace Delahaba. He is also survived by his loving nieces & nephews.
