He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard RIsner and Alma Lynn Keeton RIsner; his wife Sonia Sanchez; his son Jeffery Risner; and his grandson Joshua Jones Risner.
He is survived by: his children, Byron Risner (Pat) of Richmond Hill, GA, Jennifer Johnston (Don) of Titusville, FL. and Cynthia Redko of Greenville, SC; his siblings, Doyle Fay Risner (Janet) and Patsy Ruth Risner of Collinwood, TN.; and his grandchildren, Amanda Risner, Kenneth Risner, Connor Johnston and Carlee Redko.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be given to the Collinwood American Legion Post 254 P.O. Box 315 Collinwood, TN 38450.
