He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Justice and Christine Justice (Howell); his wife Judith Justice (Gray); his siblings, Manson, Carroll, Aldon and Ruth; and his daughter Angela Renee Justice.
He is survived by: his brother William Justice; his children, Susan Sullivan (Justice) and John Bradford Justice (Tess Jackson); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Daniel, Angela, Shelby Rae, Gabrielle and Claire. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 2 stepchildren, 2 step- grandchildren, and 3 step-great grandchildren.
