He was predeceased by: his parents, Judith Butler and Bill Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Shawna; his children, Kirsty, Tiffany and Spencer; his stepchildren, Justin Parris (Katie) and Caleigh Simpson (Matt); and his grandchildren, Emma Parris, Ella Parris, Makenzie Simpson and McCoy Simpson.
