He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Watkins. He is survived by: his father Joe Watkins Jr.; and his siblings, Joey Watkins (Judy) and Lisa Adams (Parker). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jason's honor to The Grove Church, Titusville FL.
