He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Crisafulli and Jean Crisafulli (Scanella). He is survived by: his wife Cathleen Crisafulli (Seery) of Titusville, FL; his son Jimmy Crisafulli of Viera, FL; his siblings, Diana Moscato (Jack) of Boiling Springs, PA and Michael Crisafulli (Sue) of Jackson, NJ; his sister-in-law Deborah Kelly (Donald) of Wilbraham, MA; and his nieces and nephews, Gina, Natalie, Briana (Wojtek), Melissa (Kevin), Melanie (Kevin), Edward (Marissa) and Silas (Vanessa).

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Jim's honor to either of these Brevard Public Schools: Oak Park Elementary School, 3395 Dairy Rd., Titusville FL 32796 or Surfside Elementary School, 475 Cassia Blvd., Satellite Beach FL 32937.
