Ivan Briggs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ivan Briggs of Titusville, Florida, born in Olympia, Washington, who passed away on April 10, 2025 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ivan Briggs to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Merna; his children, David Briggs (Debbie), Kathy Browning, Raymond Briggs (Cheri) and Donald Briggs (Donna); his stepchildren, Cynthia Gilman (Russ), Timothy James and Laura Vasquez-Wolfe (Scott); and his sister Lillian Clark. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, 12 step-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mims First Baptist Church (2395 Kentucky Ave, Mims, FL 32754).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to First Baptist Church of Mims.
