He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph F Becker and Beulah Becker (Tichner); his wife Josephine; his brothers, Robert and Richard; and his daughter-in-law Mary.

He is survived by: his sons, Daniel and Ronald; and his daughter-in-law Tina. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations in Gerald's honor be made to the American Cancer Society.
