He was predeceased by: his parents, Arther P. Kilgard and Glenys M. Kilgard (Brewer); and his sister Kathryn Kilgard. He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Smith (Paul), Tom Kilgard, Bill Kilgard, Judy Williamson (Rick) and Holly Burley (Dwight). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home & Crematory (201 4th Ave E, Milan, IL 61264). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Gary's memory to the American Heart Association.
