She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lucus (Beckman) and Hayden F. Lucus; and her husband Walter Raycroft. She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Schneble, Karen L. Schneble, Eric J. Schneble (Meriann) and Lori M. Link (John); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Benetta, Robert, Mary Ann, Crystal, Richie, Derek, Kristen and Nathan. She is also survived by twenty one Great Grandchildren, Three Great Great Grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home (1360 N Courtenay Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32953). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Brevard Memorial Park (320 Spring St, Cocoa, FL 32927).

Memorial contributions in Frances' name can be made to American Coalition for Autistic Children or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
