He is survived by: his son Austin Horn of Titusville, FL; and his siblings, Michael Horn (Cindy) of Albion, NY, Donald Horn of Medina, NY, Donna Horn of Medina, NY and June Wilder of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
