With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecile Mizell Weinhold of Titusville, Florida, born in Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on July 1, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Rahn and Verlie Rahn; her husband Joseph P.; her son Steven P. Mizell; and her siblings, Keel, Isaac, Lavenia Roberts and Verlinda Nettles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia, Andrea (Antonio) and Cyndee.
The family asks that memorials be made to Samaritans' Purse (http://www.samaritanspurse.org, P. O. Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607) and plant a crape myrtle in remembrance of her.
