She is survived by: her husband Burt Phillips; and her children, Pam Brooks (Ernie), Ron Phillips (Valyrie), Georgia, Debbie Laymon (Jim), Cindy Gulsby (Steve) and Sandy Curtis. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
