She was predeceased by: her husband William F. Hespell; her parents, Joseph Dwyer and Dorothy Dwyer of Lansdale, Pennsylvania.; and her siblings, Diane, Jodie, Jimmy and Chet.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Heather K. Bush, Larry A. Bush, Jr., Randi Lynn Kinsella and Jeffrey William Kinsella; and her sisters, Lee McKeska (Ron) and Janie Kulp. She is also survived by her three children.
In lieu of flowers, Joanne's family requests donations be made to Solomon's United Church of Christ, 82 S. Church Street, Macungie, PA 18062.
