We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2021, Alan Iver Mossberg of Tierra Verde, Florida, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Jayne Mossberg; and his sister Barbara Kordiak Alan. He is survived by: his sister Judy Whittaker; his children, Gretchen Highsmith (David), Linnea Helalat (Bijan), Iver Mossberg (Christina), Jonathan Mossberg (Sharon), Lori Ostuno Mossberg, Tara, Karly and Alanna Mossberg; and his grandchildren, Alexandria, Bethanie Highsmith, Emily, Trevor Helalat, Tara, Karly, Alanna Mossberg, Oskar Mossberg and Alida Wynveen (Nathan).

There will be no reception due to COVID.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the following charities that were very important to him. Tunnel to Towers foundation (T2T.org), Ducks Unlimited (http://www.ducks.org) and St. Jude's Hospital (stjude.org/donate).
